The Prime Minister’s confirmation that formal Covid-19 restrictions ended on Monday 19 July means that the concerts at Stonor Park looks set to operate in a far more familiar, effectively “normal” manner.
As the Prime Minister has stressed, the coming weeks will require a significant degree of personal responsibility. If you do feel unwell, have covid symptoms or have been advised to self isolate you should not attend the event. We will have Track & Trace QR codes positioned throughout the venue and would ask all attendees to scan and check in on arrival.
The Government guidance around “hands, face, space, fresh air” remains appropriate advice to all individuals attending a concert at Stonor Park. We will provide plenty of hand sanitiser, guidance and signage around the site to support this advice. Of course, being an outdoor concert, we have plenty of fresh air and space for concert goers to distance themselves if they feel this is appropriate and more comfortable to them. Government guidance to individuals regarding face coverings is that these are advisable when indoors or in a busy area. Please be aware that this is Government guidance to individuals, so we would recommend wearing face coverings in busy areas.
To make concertgoers aware in advance, we will not be mandating concertgoers to wear face coverings when in busy areas – rather it is encouraged and recommended. Our close contact team, such as those in the bar areas will be lateral flow tested daily. Staff onsite will be given the option to wear face coverings.
Stonor is located between the M4 (J8/9) and the M40 (J6) on the B480 Henley-on-Thames – Watlington Road. Stonor is a 10 minute drive north from Henley, only an hour from London, 40 minutes from Oxford and Heathrow and half an hour from Reading.
If you are approaching Stonor on the M40 motorway from the East and are using a Satellite Navigation system please ignore any instructions to exit the motorway on either Junctions 4 or 5 as this will add up to an hour to your journey. Please only exit at Junction 6.
Parking is available free of charge. Signage will be erected on the main approaches to Stonor Park and stewards will be on hand to direct guests on arrival.
