1.Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable; however, The Full Effect reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions in accordance Government guidelines on infectious diseases. a.If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund. b.If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the revised event date, or you can request a refund. c.Refunds or exchanges must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry. 2.For security reasons, bags may be searched as a condition of entry. 3.The Full Effect reserves the right to refuse admission under reasonable circumstances. 4.Only alcohol purchased at the venue may be consumed during the event. 5.It is against the law to smoke in the venue. The use of e-cigarettes is also prohibited. Please use the designated smoking areas. 6.Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright. 7.The Full Effect reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme. 8.The Full Effect shall not be liable for: a.Any damage to or loss of the Customer’s property whilst at the event, unless such damage or loss has occurred as a result of the wilful misconduct of The Full Effect event staff; b.Any of the Customer’s, its guests, staff and/or agents’ indirect, special or consequential losses (for example, transport or accommodation costs 9.The Full Effect shall not be liable to the Customer for: a.Any expenses or losses incurred by the Customer; or any delay or non-performance of The Full Effect’s obligations to the Customer, if and to the extent that such expenses or losses, delay or non-performance are caused by a Force Majeure Event. b.‘Force Majeure Event’ shall mean any event or circumstance which is reasonably beyond The Full Effect’s control, including without limitation, act of God, terrorist action, imminent threat of terrorist action, epidemic, wars, national emergencies, insurrections, riots, fire, flood, suspension of power leading to inoperability of the Arena, loss of utilities, national mourning, strike, industrial action, lock out, breakdown, malfunction or damage of or to the Arena, any plant, equipment or materials, explosion, civil commotion or disturbance, interruption in, delay or failure of necessary transportation or technical facilities, severe weather conditions or act of local or national government. 10.Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude either party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. 11.These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute in relation to their subject matter shall be submitted to the courts of England and Wales.
