FAQs

COVID-19

The Prime Minister’s confirmation that formal Covid-19 restrictions ended on Monday 19 July means that the concerts at (insert venue) looks set to operate in a far more familiar, effectively “normal” manner.

As the Prime Minister has stressed, the coming weeks will require a significant degree of personal responsibility. If you do feel unwell, have covid symptoms or have been advised to self isolate you should not attend the event. We will have Track & Trace QR codes positioned throughout the venue and would ask all attendees to scan and check in on arrival.

The Government guidance around “hands, face, space, fresh air” remains appropriate advice to all individuals attending a concert at (insert venue). We will provide plenty of hand sanitiser, guidance and signage around the site to support this advice. Of course, being an outdoor concert, we have plenty of fresh air and space for concert goers to distance themselves if they feel this is appropriate and more comfortable to them. Government guidance to individuals regarding face coverings is that these are advisable when indoors or in a busy area. Please be aware that this is Government guidance to individuals, so we would recommend wearing face coverings in busy areas.

To make concertgoers aware in advance, we will not be mandating concertgoers to wear face coverings when in busy areas – rather it is encouraged and recommended. Our close contact team, such as those in the bar areas will be lateral flow tested daily. Staff onsite will be given the option to wear face coverings.

Is there food and drink available?

An array of street food and drink concessions will be available onsite, as well as a licensed bar.

What else is included with my ticket?

Your ticket to the event also includes free on-site parking and FREE entrance to the adventure playground, with zip wire and new interactive splash-play water features; the dinosaur trail with 70 life-sized dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures and 28 acre formal gardens including a maze!

How to I get to Knebworth House?

BY ROAD: Knebworth House & Park are accessed direct from the Junction 7 roundabout of the A1(M) motorway at Stevenage South, 29 miles north of London. There are signs on both carriageways of the motorway. Plenty of free parking for cars and coaches.
If you are using a Sat Nav system use the post code of the Stevenage Novotel at Junction 7 - SG1 2AX - not the Knebworth House post code.

BY RAIL: The nearest rail station is Stevenage, two miles from Knebworth Park. There is a taxi rank at the station. Non-stop Inter-City and local services run to Stevenage station from London's Kings Cross station around every 30 minutes.
There are also frequent Inter-City connections on the East Coast main line from Cambridge, York, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow. We recommend taking a taxi from the station.
