Cash price for gabapentin, the most commercially available drug for treatment of fibromyalgia-related pain, increased by 1,726%. Although the overall increase was very small, it still quite substantial. Over the past eight years, prices of painkillers, such as a generic form of acetaminophen (Tylenol) or morphine, and antidepressants such as Cymbalta Zoloft have also increased. This is one reason to monitor whether these increases will reflect broader changes to prescription drug costs. Policymakers should also consider how to mitigate adverse health effects or risks, such as addictive use, and assess the impact of emerging developments in medical technology such as gene editing or synthetic biology. Health care costs are also rising as a result of population aging, resulting in an aging population, declining health-care spending, and increasing demand for medical treatments and procedures. In 2010, Medicare spent $1.67 trillion as a percent of gross domestic product (GDP) on health care costs. In the coming decade, spending on Medicare, which covers nearly 55 million Americans, is projected to increase at more than twice the rate of GDP. The Medicare Trustees report estimates that the growth in spending on Is viagra prescription only in uk Medicare may more than double, from about 7.6 percent of GDP in 2010 to more than 11.8 percent in 2018, driven mainly by the growing proportion of seniors in the population. Medicare spending, even without the aging of population, will also rise as a share of the economy. But it will grow at a slower pace than GDP. Medicare, the federal Buying propecia in ireland health insurance program for those over 65 and a minority of seniors, has the highest administrative spending per enrollee among all health plans covered by the federal government (excluding employers' health plans.) The spending growth for all health care plans is rising. The growing role of prescription drugs, along with rising prices, may be the largest part of problem. Prescription drugs represent a small component of total U.S. health care spending. But over time, spending on prescription drugs is expected to rise rapidly. The Line Up

Ronan Keating

Katie Kittermaster

Joe Bygraves

2019 sees Ronan Keating starting his 26th year in the music industry, making him something of an anomaly in the world of pop music!

Born in Dublin, Ronan Keating originally found fame as part of the hit nineties boy band Boyzone. Founded by Louis Walsh, the group achieved unparalleled success all over Europe and were widely touted as Ireland's answer to Take That. Their first taste of musical success came in November 1994 when Boyzone hit the top three for the very first time with their first hit ‘Love Me for A Reason’.

In those initial five years as part of one the biggest pop bands ever, he enjoyed success with an incredible 16 top five singles, six of which hit the number one spot. In August of 1999 he had his first ever solo number one with ‘When You Say Nothing at All’ from the hit movie ‘Notting Hill’.

In August of 2000 Ronan released his debut, self-titled, album. It shot straight to number one in the UK Album Charts, it contained the two number one singles ‘When You Say Nothing at All’ and ‘Life Is A Rollercoaster’. It went on to sell a very impressive 4.4 million copies around the world and firmly established Ronan as an artist in his own right!

Ronan boasts a lifetime of impressive professional achievements including; dueting with Elton John at Madison Square Garden, singing for the Pope, hosting everything from Eurovision Song Contest and MTV Europe Awards, acting as a judge on the no 1 TV show X Factor in Australia, recording with Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens), writing an autobiography, guiding Westlife to stardom, winning a prestigious BMI European Song Writing Award, winning an Ivor Novello Award, being appointed as a UN Goodwill Ambassador, providing the singing voice for Postman Pat, plus too many hits, gigs and awards to keep count, Ronan’s prolific, varied and highly successful career shows no sign of slowing.

Supporting Ronan will be Katie Kittermaster, an 18 year old singer/ songwriter from Kent. Her vocals are haunting and distinctive and she is a rising new talent and one to watch!

Also supporting will be Joe Bygraves. Joe is a 23-year-old pop singer-songwriter from Bedfordshire. Having made his name at University on the Leicester acoustic and open mic scene, Joe returned to his home town of Bedford to record his first single ‘Childhood Sweetheart’, which was selected for a Spotify UK Soft Pop Songs playlist, and his debut EP Chapter One. 2018 was a year of big gigs for Joe culminating in playing an opening set at the longstanding Bedford Park Proms to over 7,000 people.

Joe returned in June 2019 with a new EP ‘Chapter Two’. The new EP is a heady mix of pop sounds, with tracks like Joe’s recent single ‘Bring Me Down’ bringing some earthy guitar as well as the soft piano notes of ‘Some Things Don’t Last Forever’. The EP is the product of some hard work in the studio for Joe, where he has striven to refine his sound and create a more mature record.

Kimbolton Castle is set in over 100 acres of mature Parkland and the concert will be hosted on the tree lined Mall offering a stunning backdrop of the castle itself. Used now as the centrepiece of Kimbolton School, the Castle originally dates from around the year 1200, and is most notable for being the family home of Catherine of Aragon from 1534.

The Kimbolton Estate hosts many events over the year, including the annual fireworks display that attracts over 10,000 guests each year. The venue offers a beautiful panorama, on site parking and a wealth of heritage.

Parking is available free of charge in the Castle Grounds via the Iron Gates. Signage will be erected on the main approaches to Kimbolton village and stewards will be on hand to direct guests on arrival.
